Two ways to learning success

Simulation-based Training – Case Studies and Management Courses

1. Business Simulation: Learning as an experience

Every industry has its own laws. Whether investment banking, airport management, automotive industry, hotel industry or telecommunications service providers: management areas, business dimensions, key figures, market requirements and strategies differ greatly.

In our case studies in the cloud, you can personally experience these differences in a fascinatingly realistic way from your desk and internalize them – whether during your studies or as a professional development.

Within the simulation-based training, develop your personal strategy, build up specific knowledge and learn to deepen and optimize your newly gained experience through repetitions.

Our offer of business simulations currently includes case studies from six different industries and is constantly being supplemented.

2. Business Courses: Go deeper with e-learning for each level

Our e-learning courses have a modular structure and illuminate various typical business situations step by step. Following the principle of the web-based learning platform, different methods of online knowledge transfer are combined: Text content and animated graphics are loosened up and supplemented by short learning videos that illustrate important processes for you. An integrated glossary makes it possible at any time to look up technical terms that appear in the online course – from A like assets to W like workload.

The courses are divided into three difficulty levels:

  • Trainee (for students, young professionals and interested people)
  • Manager (for young professionals and those interested with basic knowledge of the respective industry)
  • Director (for participants with work experience and executives)

While the Trainee level is still primarily about the playful imparting of basic knowledge, more complex industry-specific operating processes are included in the online simulation as the level increases: In our current banking courses, for example, the Basel III criteria and their manifold effects the financial market.

Experienced specialists and practitioners can also deepen their knowledge, sharpen their profile and thus expand their core competences in their own company.
